The device can provide CC mode, CV mode, CCCV mode, Pulse mode, CP mode, CR mode, DCIR mode, and HPPC etc. Through the work step editor, they can be edited to work in a combined work mode and can be quickly switched on the user's requirements.
Through these basic functions, the test system can carry out battery performance testing, rate charge and discharge testing, capacity testing, cycle life testing, DC internal resistance testing, reliability testing, energy efficiency testing, simulated road condition testing, etc.
When the same device works with multiple channels, the channels are completely independent of each other; when there is a need to expand the current, the channels can be connected in parallel.

Software Description

Through our independently developed BTS testing software, we can control various devices and charging and discharging channels for independent programming control, and display data in real-time on the interface, synchronously saving test data.
The interface of the upper computer software is clean and user-friendly, which can be quickly mastered so to reduce the time cost for customers.
The work step editor is very capable of any working parameters as constants or variables, and the two modes can be chosen as needed; Customized variables and function calculations can be designed, and logical judgment conditions can be set; Import DBC files to realize limit following output.
Work step editing supports error detection and any error will lead to save or start failure of the work step file.
After editing the work step, the general interface is as below:
After the device is started, it will display the real-time status and channel data on the main interface and save the test data in the background at the same time. Use our data analysis software to open and export the test data.
The exported data can be in *.xlsx and *.csv formats, and the naming and path can be freely selected as needed.
